We won’t be providing a Lazarus-specific install, but we are updating the source code to build in Lazarus, providing package files, and a help file to explain how to build.
Will be available the week of Dec 6th 2010 as part of Advantage 10.1 release.

Dear Lance run the standard setup on the host (not on/in a possible guest). This throws an error that some oledlg.dll is missing for running the ads_cfg-tool. We only need to run the config-tool native - arc is not neccesary. Regards Thomas

Dear Lance,
the host is the microsoft product "hyper-v server 2008 r2" and is NOT the full 2008 standard server. It looks more/less than the server core role from a standard server but it is a different (free) product - yes, a free server product from microsoft.
So on this machine there is no guest-os to install the database in. Yes, the foot print is small and only the advantage database is installed on this host - nothing else. For us it is primary not used to run a guest-os on it - only the database. Perhaps (perhaps perhaps) we do a windows-xp virtual machine on it only for testing purpose - maybe.
The goal is to run ads 9 on this server host.
Regards Thomas
