Fix the 'SELECT' statement hyperlink in the documentation
In the Advantage 9 windows help file on the following path:
Advantage SQL
Supported SQL Grammar
Supported SQL Statements
The hyperlink for the SELECT statement is unlinked from its detail. It has been this way since 9.0.
Also might organize this help topic logically between DML, DDL, Scripting, and Other putting the most common statements at the top and using more width of the page to reduce scrolling.
