BUG: adding RI OBJECTS

When creating a RI OBJECT using arc (v9.10.0.11) I get then following error

Error 5062: An unlock was issued for a record with no current lock.

        By the way. I found out, when using the 'graphical' design interface the problem does not occure...

        I've seen this happen when something else has the table open. I'm not sure why the server cares if the table is open when adding an RI Object though. Maybe it needs an exclusive lock for some reason?

        The RI editor in Architect is really bad when compared to other SQL management tools.
