Add PDO Support (PHP-Data-Objects)

normal PHP driver are "ads_....()" funktions.

To generate portable PHP5 programs it's much better to use PHP data objects (PDO)

there are many free projects like Typo3/Flow3, that are using PDO. To use these tools with ADS a PDO access is necessary
