Free 5-User-Server

I would like to have a free Free-5-User-Server like MSDE or MS-SQL Express or Oracle have.
The Localserver is fine, but he doesn't support Transaction, so our application which should work with both systems, can not use this good thing.

Maybe you can have some limits like using only some amount of memory or something like this (should only affect speed!)

    We currently don’t have any plans for a free remote server product.
