BLOB's should use space freed up by deleted BLOB's
It would be helpful if BLOB's would use space freed when a BLOB is deleted. We have some tables that use large memo's that are only used for a couple weeks then the records are deleted. Having to pack those tables is very hard since they are in use 24/7. If the new BLOB's would use space freed by previously deleted BLOB's it would be very helpful.

ADM and FPT memos do reuse freed memo blocks. ADM’s have a better recycle algorithm than FPT and are much less likely to end up with pages that can not be recycled.
