Backup/Restore Option 'DropIndex' or 'DataOnly'

Add an option to database backup and restore to exclude indexes from the process.

This would be useful when only the data rows are desired (exports) and/or an user provided external facility exists to recreate the desired indexes.

        While on the topic of Backup/Restore options (and because I am out of votes), an option for a true differential backup would be nice.

        What is currently called differential by ADS is more appropriately called incremental according to commonly used backup terminology. Since differential backup currently resets the row modified flag, each backup does not include all rows since the PrepareDiff.
