ARC SQL Utility: Make Live Result Set Editable

If a query in ARC returns a live result set, then present the data with the same navigation bar that is shown when opening a table at the bottom of the data pane of the SQL Utility window.

        My title is not accurate. A live result set is editable, just not obvious.

        Also, the navigation bar adds several (index) order, seek and filter capabilities that would be nice to use on the result set.
