With Architect, if you alter the connection properties the repository flashes as if it were refreshed but open SQL Utility windows do no accept the changes unless closed and opened again. In earlier versions of Architect the changes took effect immediately without a open/close of the SQL Utility window.

The easiest way to test this is set the table type to ADT, open a SQL Utility window and create a simple table. It will be created as an ADT table, then change the table type to CDX but do no close the SQL Utility window and create another table. This second table will also be ADT even though you've changed the type to DBF.
